Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with spacious rooms that offer much more space than typical Japanese hotels and are conveniently located just steps away from the metro and within walking distance to Osaka Castle. The room was big enough for two people with three luggages, making it very comfortable overall.
The hotel surprised me with how spacious it was, especially compared to our previous stay in Tokyo. The rooms were clean and definitely the best value for money on our trip. However, the room felt way too small for our family of four, despite our kids being under three. The service was super friendly and helpful, efficiently catering to our needs. The location, while not in a touristy area, was very central and just a 3-minute walk to the subway entrance, which was very convenient. The dining options offered very authentic Japanese cuisine of high quality. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel was a pleasant surprise with its cozy rooms and exceptional service. The location turned out to be more convenient than expected, although the dining options were a bit limited. Overall, a good value for money choice.
The hotel is located right by the Kitahama metro station, offering a great spot for both business travelers and those looking to explore the area. The rooms are modern and spacious, providing a comfortable stay overall. The staff are welcoming and accommodating, even with late-night arrivals.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk from Kitahama station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious by Japanese standards, clean, comfortable, and had enough space for our luggage. The service was exceptional, especially with their assistance in arranging luggage transportation to our next hotel. However, the dining options were limited, which could get monotonous after a few days.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were neat and located conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to get around the city. However, the room layout wasn't ideal for us, and we noticed some issues with the air conditioning. The service was genuinely friendly and went above and beyond, especially in helping me when I lost my rail pass. The location was great in a quieter business district, though a bit far out for exploring the city. The dining options were limited, but the grilled fish was a highlight. The facilities were well-kept and satisfactory.
